Tłı̨chǫ Camp Yoga

Tłı̨chÇ« Camp Yoga was developed by staff at the Jı̀mı̀ Erasmus Ǫ̀hdaa K’èhodı̀l KÇ«Ì€ (Jimmy Erasmus Seniors Home) in BehchokÇ«Ì€. It is a series of actions that mimic land-based activities like checking nets and chopping wood. The class, which is taught in Tłı̨chÇ«, is a culturally appropriate, community-developed exercise program for older adults.

This is the first of three graduated language videos based on Tłı̨chǫ Camp Yoga.
